Aberrant
I am sure we all have cool stories. Memorable NPCs, that really awesome gang, the corporate product we introduced to our games.

This is where we share them. I'll start off with something I am sad I did not get to do more with in a game, as it ended after only a handful of sessions.

Paco's Tacos: Barrens Cuisine

Paco is a retired Shadowrunner, a former Street Samuraie of some fame and skill from a decade or so back. Paco made the big score of his career, not enough to run off to retire on a sunny island, but enough to finance his dream: Atzlani Cuisine.

Paco operates a food truck in the worst neighborhoods of the city, generally those without much else in the way of vendors. Paco works out of a customized GMC van, painted yellow and red, with a massive AR taco floating above it. The food is cheap, fast, and generally real. Real labgrown beef, frankencorn tortillas and home made chunky salsa.

The local gangers don't give Paco much trouble. He isn't part of them, and he doesn't pay for protection, he provides food and a social outlet without question or judgement. Also, they once tried to muscle in on Paco, and he reminded them of why he was once known as El Pistolero.

Paco is a suitable contact, with moderately high connection and loyalty variable on the character. He is a low level Prime Runner, although much of his gear and implants are dated - his chrome is aged, but functional, and he doesn't have the best IC on his van.

Armorcab: Armored Taxi

Your Redmond taxi service. "Run gone bad, don't like the element you're with, just want to feel safe traveling from one food riot to the next. Call Armorcab." Armorcab is a small private, less than legal, taxi service that operates in seedier districts who get people in or out of high threat areas. Operators are usually riggers or drivers without SINs. Customers include Corp types who get lost, shadowrunners who need to sneak out of town after a run gone bad or just a decent vehicle for a BTL dealer.

NUMEC: knockoff corp

NUMEC or NonUnionMexicanEquilvilancyCorperation (Smithers: Steven Spielberg isn't available, sir. Mr. Burns: Then get me the nonuninion Mexican equivalent.)
Numec fills the gap of a corp that isn’t a mega. When you need a ma and pop corp or a start up Numec fills in as the corp that specializes in everything and excels at nothing.

Percy's Bar: Runner Bar

Resting just below street level in the International District, Percy's Bar is a carefully maintained dive bar that caters to runners and the SINless. Percy, the owner, is a large troll who presumably retired from running sometime back in the 50's and put his wealth and his considerable contacts to good use by establishing a safe drinking hole for his extended network of "friends." Friends of Percy enjoy a host of benefits, one of the largest being a back room that's styled after an executive boardroom complete with an antique boardroom table that's rumored to belong to anyone from Lucien Cross to the Big D himself (Percy doesn't discourage these rumors). Runners can meet with fixers or Johnsons at their leisure, and talk freely in the well-secured boardroom.

Percy enforces a strict "no obvious weapons" rule to encourage some discretion amongst his clientele. He won't tolerate anyone who picks a fight or starts a shootout in his bar, but if someone comes gunning for one of his regulars and won't respond to a gruff "get out," he'll shotgun first and ask questions never.

Percy's Bar has suffered some Humanis harassment and a Lone Star raid or two in the past, but is far beneath the AAAs attention, and most lesser groups have learned to steer clear -- Percy never asks anyone to clean up his house, but anyone who causes problems tends to disappear, and not a night passes that someone's not drinking on the house.
