There is a list of autosofts for drones on p 269. But no cost for the ratings. Neither me or my friend can find them. Am I missing something huge and obvious here or is this just a table that was left out?

They appear to be missing. Strictly speaking Pilot programs are also missing as it doesn't say to use the Agent costs or anything.
