simple question, does AP apply to hardened Armor the same it would to normal for the DV you have to beat? example is spirits. F6 spirit has 12 armor, shooting it with -1 ap, you would have to get 12 modified DV or 13?

You would have to get a modified DV of 11.
12 Armor + (-1) AP = 11.
