Is that actually power walking? It looks like its maybe more of a stilt & puppet arms arrangement, with all the power (barring maybe head movement) coming from the wearer.
seems like it is actually powered.
at least the upper arms are powered, they mimic the movements of the lower arms.
and there is a camera in the "head" assembly up top.
