Following Rasumichin's suggestion, here is a cyberzombie with a "normal" body and absurd reaction.

Total cost: About 600 BP, plus ~10 million

, plus the cost of cybermancy.
Equipment: Almost certainly form-fitting body armor plus heavily modified military grade armor (light, medium, or heavy will depend on metatype)
Highlights:
He (or she...) rolls 17 dice to dodge ranged attacks... unless he is on full defense, and then it is 26 dice. You can avoid that if you sneak past his 14 perception check (19 visual) and radar / ultrasound systems. Then he's down to only Body 7, 4 ballistic / 3 impact natural armor, +4 dice from bone lacing, and worn armor to resist damage. Oh, plus his 4 points of "immunity to natural weapons" if that applies. So, figure around 35-40 dice in military grade armor against normal weapons. Then you subtract some for the platelet factories and trauma damper (if the pain editor isn't on yet.) You'll almost certainly do stun damage, but with auto-injectors full of stims and a pain editor, that makes for one very long damage track. If you even hit with that absurd dodge.
Assume that the skillwires that are built in to the move-by-wire system include about any skillsoft you could wish for, including hacking softs. This will give him some protection even if he is isolated from his hacker support.
Assume that on mission, he is always on internal air, and make certain the military armor has a full compliment of electrical / chemical and fire resistance. Also, it goes without saying that it should have Ruthenium Polymer Coating.
Should the cyberzombie be disarmed or run low on ammunition (or just for the heck of it), there's always the built-in grenade launcher (installed in the off-hand.) This also makes for a perfect "distraction" or suppression while he fires whatever he is holding in his primary hand. The two foot anchors are to give extra recoil compensation for any automatic weapon he might be using.
The projectile spur is almost superfluous -- he does just as much damage with his bare fists (8P). Still, you never know...
This is more or less just a "monster" template -- you need to fill him out with flaws and a background story too! Otherwise, any runners aren't very likely to have a chance (unless they just bomb him from long range on the astral or something.)
