I can't help but think Chummer 5 already fills this void, and then some.
I dont agree, first of all Chummer 5 is a character generator. Ever tried to modify the charactersheet it generates?
Yes you may choose from a few templates as far as i know, but you can not create your own individual charactersheet.
The guys i know using Chummer 5 still use a regular charactersheet because they dont like the ones Chummer 5 generates.
Second it requires Windows.
With this character sheet generator you can create your own individual character sheet and it only requires a browser.
But you have to create the character from the books, Chummer 5 or what ever your prefered way for character creation is, as it is not a character generator.

I use Chummer but i do not like how the sheets are formated. It always cuts the condition boxes in half..I wouild like to re-arrange stuff, maybe put foci and such closer to the top.

So, I can create my character with Chummer, Export it out as XML and have this Sheet Generator import it so I can get the best sheet?

No it does not work this way ...
in order to get the best sheet you have to make it yourself.
It works like this.
1. create your character with Chummer.
2. use the Charactersheet Generator to create an individual charactersheet for you.
3. fill the individually created charactersheet with the data you have in chummer.
The idea of having a "one fits all" charactersheet is just wrong and this can never work as all the other attempts on creating sheets prove.
If you want the ideal sheet for your character you have to create it yourself. The Charactersheet Generator makes this possible and creating a unique and individual charactersheet is easy, fun and done very quickly.
But you still have to do it yourself.
