The face is a social chameleon who can blend in anywhere. Digging for information, bartering for favors, and soothing ruffled egos, the face helps his team negotiate the treacherous terraign of the shadows. When intrigue, double-dealing, and betrayal lurk at every turn, it's good to have the face on your side.
But what self-respecting face would want to have anything to do with your gaggle of misfits? So you have to take what you can get. And you thought you had hit the jackpot. There she stood, like a pure, innocent, beautiful angel descended down to Earth. Then she opened her mouth and ruined it. She is a snarky spoiled brat with wild mood swings, who always has to be the center of attention. Like a custom Harley, she is loud and high-maintenance.
But still... she gets the job done. Sometimes it seems like she can sweet-talk anyone into anything, and she also seems to know a lot of useful people. No matter how dangerous things get, she still has a knack for landing on her feet. So as annoying as she can be at times, she is worth the aggravation.

Designer Notes: This is a focused face, with runner essentials barely covered and no secondary specialty (although she is a decent shot). She is a triple threat - high base dice pools for social skills (some more than others, but this is a character who rolls 16 dice defaulting on social skills); a high Edge for when the stakes are high or it really hits the fan; and finally, some really scary people who can help her out.
Possible Changes: While this was done for pink mohawk campaigns, I think it is still a solid build. It is easy enough to change her to a black trenchcoat face with a few tweaks (elf rather than dryad, new set of negative qualities).
Also, this is a face that has gone ALL IN. If you want less outrageous dice pools and more versatility, then dropping the improved con and cool resolve will free up 3.5 power points for combat or stealth-related abilities.
