Pretty sure you can just make them up. There is some reference to some of the styles in Arsenal on pg 47 but it is up to you what those actually look like. The additional ones in Run and Gun sound like someone gave up on trying to name this stuff. I should think if there is a cultural dress that could be made then you can probably get it in the Heritage line.
