I understand you're trying to go for the "Uneducated Troll", but with an Log of 2, he's just dim, not mentally handicapped.

I wasn't trying to make him truly dumb. He is not used to taking that much. The lack of technology exposure hurts allot. The lack of education in all areas is supposed to make him look dumb, but he is just slow.

If he was ever played I would play him trying to learn stuff (buy off the uneducated and computer illiterate qualitys). One other thing would be to buy sensei quality, maybe do that 1st, then his sensei could tell him he needs to learn computers and such.

Just reread the drake creation rules, bridge is illegal, can't buy additional drake powers at char creation.

From the section on "The Practicalities Of Being A Drake" in Howling Shadows, probably not that much larger than whatever their metahuman body is (not counting tail, and maybe wings). Certainly nothing like how dragonborn drakes were portrayed in previous editions. Likely something like Bruce Banner/Incredible Hulk, but on a lesser scale.

Very likely by the 2070s nominative and accusative will be unified and everybody will only be using either "I" or "me" ubiquitously and indistinguishably. Another couple of hundred years later, the missing word will make a come-back by popular demand. Just recall how "thee" is informal singular and "you" is formal plural; "thee" was abandoned; now "yous" has been coined to be the plural of "you"! It's as bad as dreamses and troopseses.
