Just wanted to remember - what would be necessary for conversion of sr2 adventures to sr3 format?
We want to play eye witness and I have started reading it

Not much really. Stats are pretty much the same. Redo any dice pools that got changed and update weapons and cyber with their SR3 versions. Make any changes to the matrix systems where needed. Fortunately most stuff has the same name across editions. An Ares Predator is an Ares Predator and wired reflexes are wired reflexes, no matter the edition.
