How could I turn this to my advantage with the Ork Underground? If they was the first to know of the 'regime change', maybe they would appreciate the info.

Willie turned to Kathy, an admirably prodigious drinker, and voiced this idea. Low tones, so nobody listening in would hear.

Kathy has no obvious big plans with respect to the Ork Underground, but is clearly concerned that they'll not take the action against them, however benign, in good part. The regime change is not going to be new news for more than an evening at most, but the most valuable to them might be the opportunity for vengeance; to show that they're not to be taken lightly. Kathy suggests informing them, and the Spikes, of the responsible parties so that they can take payment in their preferred coin.
