..does Revolution have build-in "Sidebags# ?.. if so how many duffel bags can those fit ? ..

Consulting SR4 Arsenal, the Revolution is on page 108 and mentions that a sidecar is available. The side car option is on page 143. My judgement call would be that if you forgo the passenger, you could pack 4 small or 2 large duffel bags in that space.
YMMV, but that's my call as a GM.
