Korean surnames are very heavily tilted towards 5 names - with those 5 accounting for more than 50% of people (see https://www.quora.com/What-would-you-say-is...e-Choi-or-Park)
Jin is a name that appears in Korean, appearing down in about 39th place (at least from an older survey from 2015 - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Korean_surnames)

Kwan certainly translates to strong, but also building or hall (in terms of a place where martial arts are practiced / carried out)
Jin is a westernised version of several Korean names (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jin_(Korean_surname)) and depending on what root you're looking at, can be belief, jewel, truth or several others.

So certainly "strong truth" or "strong belief" wouldn't seem bad for a face...
