Would anyone as a gm have a problem with a pc sacrificing one of their simple actions so they could perform an additional free action?

Example:

My character is a phys ad archer with the quick draw adept power in arrows, i can therefore use my free action between turns to draw an arrow for my bow then my free action on my bow to make a called shot, would gm's mind if i swapped one of my two simple actions for a free action so that i could use centering and then use my remaining free action to fire?

Given that there is an explicit statement allowing exactly that, I doubt too terribly many people will voice a problem with doing so.
