Hey everyone.
I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about Yakut(Awakened Siberia) AT ALL? I only know what was mentioned in the beginning of BBB, which is painfully little. Does anyone know anything about this monstrous country of mystery and what sourcebooks go into detail about it?
Thanks in advance!

IIRC, there is some stuff about this area in Target: Smuggler's Havens. If not, or I am wrong, perhaps there will be some info in the upcoming Shadows of Europe.

One of the more recent books which I can't remember which one it was- bloody memory, mentions that there have been some internal upheavals in their government. Possibly a split over which way they should go.

Target: Wastelands and Target: Smuggler's Havens both have Siberia sections.

Think "Mirkwood" with Permafrost. Today it is almost completely unexplored with most people living within 50 miles of the transiberian rr. The great hope of the Soviets/russians is to be able to get in there and exploit the resources. The people living there away form the RR do not like outsiders. Rabidly xenophobic and thats rl, no add magic to the mix and duck.
