Full Version: Help create Sally Tsung's Team

The Question Man
Hoi Chummers, I was re-reading some of my old Shadowrun novel and glancing through the Shadowtalk of my various SR1 sourcebooks and wondering what those characters would look like in SR3. So here's the challenge. Create your version of;

love.gif Sally Tsung - human asian female Hermetic Mage (Body to Ooze Spell, illusion Shell, various combat and defensive spells)

cyber.gif Ghost Who Walks Inside - human male amerindian Street Samuria(Urban & Wilderness Warrior) Stealthy and capable of taking on a Wendigo one on one. A Tribal Spirit Warrior follows Wolf.

cyber.gif Kam - orc male Mercenary (he had his own crew too) Tough enough to barely survive encounters with Cyber Zombies, IE, and Bug Spirits.

cool.gif Dodger - elf male Decker (seen in BrainScan) Top ranked talent. Ally with Prince Sean Laverty of Tir Taringire. Skilled socially as well.

smile.gif Twist(aka Samuel Verner) - human male Decker/Dog Shaman. Lead a Ghost Dance ceremony and penetrated Renraku's Arcology Matrix.

And we are just getting started

Isn't Sally Tsung white with blond hair?
Ancient History
Ye understand the Dodger already has a 3rd edition stats depiction?

Sally was white but it was implied that she had asian heritage. IIRC there was something about her eyes...and a missing pinky joint.

Kam wasn't a sam. He was a merc. The only chrome he had (I think) was the lower half of his left (?) arm.

As for stats,

Ghost (aka: Ghost-Who-Walks, aka: Ghost-Who-Walks-Inside, aka: Ghost-Maker) was probably the street sam archetype from the 1st Ed BBB--it was blue back then, but still a "B" wink.gif

Kam was most likely the "Ork Merc".

Asian heritage I don't know, but it doesn't take Asian heritage to work for and make atonement to the Yakuza.

Granted, it helps - but in 2060 they do have the odd non-Asian here and there.

BTW, it's implied heavily in one of the novels that Dodger is an IE, and he's definately a spike baby born at least 2 decades before the Awakening. Everyone, check your sons for pointy ears and if some guy calls you to put him in a private school, make sure he pays out the nose. ^_-

The Abstruse One
Ancient History
Spike Baby yes, IE no. Never Trust An Elf.
Abstruse
Big time spike baby. He was born in the 20th century. He might be an IE though, they never said he wasn't. He just probably isn't an ED-era IE.

The Abstruse One

Maybe. Just like Frosty.

I knew somebody would say that. You're probably right but the why doesn't matter. I'm still pretty sure that it was implied she was of Asian descent.

You're thinking of Sandii - a fixer in the first Harlequin campaign book; green cybereyes, razor teeth and a missing fingerjoint.

Sally Tsung was half-asian (think it's mentioned in the first novel; not sure though) and appeared in the First Food Fight adventure. If anyone has a copy of SR1 or SR2 the three people on the cover are Sally Tsung, Ghost and Dodger.

I'm pretty sure that Sally's missing her last pinky joint as well. There was an off hand (no pun intended) comment about it in the first Secrets of Power novel. Maybe in the "after sex" chapter.
