Having fun with the smilies, are we?

Change the last to: "Area Knowledge: Seattle Metroplex".

Other than that, the basic list looks good.

Throw in some agency specific knowledge like:

CIA Procedures

KGB Procedures

Ares Intelligence Procedures

And so on.

Depending on how you wanna use this,

Could have "diplomat" type skills, as diplomats often have a different set of rules, and motives, as far as spies go. Like, diplomatic immunity, diplomatic pouchs, direct lines of communication to different governments, etc.

Like "diplomatic procedures" or something.

Also, probably want some kind of SOTA skill. Its imperative to not fall behind the technology curve in that area, and also Im sure it would be of benefit to know who has what developments cooking.

Like "foreign developments" to keep on top of the KGB's most recent tech, in addition to your own (Bond, go steal their Code device they have, now!)
