Overall
The book is good. Solid writing, decent art, intruiging bits. There is a notable increase in spelling and grammatical errors (most notable was "Ada Jury," but the most notable was in the firt sentance of page 8.) throughout the book, but I'm chalking that up to it's immense size. Most of them would pass through a spell-checker anyways.
The Art
Very good, for the most part, although really much to dark. Not dark as in "creepy" or "Gothic," dark as in "WTF I can't see anything but grey-and-black-blobby shit." But there's exceptions. Including what I consider to be a fantastic picture of a troll on page 159.
Also, I had a complete joygasm over the maps.
Section the First
The NEEC, the crime cartels, the magic, the history, the corps. Good shit, all of it.

The bug spirit-infested Mafia clan was cool, but a bit obvious. Really.
Germany
Cool beans. I especially like Karlsruhe.
Austria
I was totally hoping the mana storms would be detailed. But the rest was good.
Czech Republic
Yes! Good stuff! Question! On page 77, are question marks used differently in this language, or did somebody slip up and leave something in?
France
S'all right. I expected more from Birttany, really

Also, why didn't you include rules for druids repelling the mist in the back, hmm?
, but Auvergne was spectacular. I totally expected more on Monaco.Italy
Ah, tricksy, tricksy little hobbits. Somewhere beteen the Godfather and the Order. I actually like the Pope, though. The tip-of-the-hat in Venice was excellent, I hope others appreciate it.
Poland
Reasonably well done. Brings back a lot of old war flicks; Poland and Russia. How do y'all pronounce "Całożerca" anyways? Took me five minutes to find the right letters.
Portugal
Synner: ya did good. Interesting enough to run there, but far from succumbing to "my country is better than yours" syndrome.
The SU
I love the SU. Oodles of great stuff. I was really looking for more on the Klauterbund (sp?), Grandfather Elk and the Beserker adepts, but those'll be squeezed in later. Bitchings: The new Vikings are barely touched on; and Sweden seems way too green and perfect. Also: where's the monarchy? I want my funky royals, dammit!
Spain
I like Spain. I was waiting for an upsurge in snakes and wastes in the south, but that can wait. Alfonso the Ogre is unusual, but not bad. I'd have pointed out some royal blood-tie to Germany to help explain it away, but what-the-Hell. Not as much on the Inquisition as I'd care to see. The giant forest in the north was a nice touch. The bit with the Azzies, and the menhirs, was fabulous.
The Basque nation was a good bit, but it never felt really...ethnic. I mean, a country full of Basque, and it reads like Anycity, Europe complete with funny accent.
Switzerland
I liked the clinics, the culture, the banks, Lofwyr's moves...but the racism. You made the Swiss (more) racist! They might as well be called "The European Japanese."
Tír na nÓg
I dunno. I was a little dissapointed. It used to be the Unseelie Court was just a mythical bad guy made up by the ruling council, now it actually exists and sounds like the Boondock Saints after six gallons of green beer. I will say that the re-do on the Orders was good, even the Ogam stones (which, if I was a Path of the Rígh, I would sell myself on the corner to get one).
The magical weirdness was good, but there weren't any real revelations.
The UK
I like the UK! What a great picture on page 193, too! A bit skimpy on Wales and all, but what with the dragons and whatnot, that's understandable. Totally.
The Netherlands
Eh. Eurport: the Country.
Okay, all harsh bitchings aside, I did really enjoy this book. It's a massive and weighty tome. When I can nick-pick about specific details like this, it's because the main gist was covered exceedingly well--so much so that that's all I feel I need to comment on it.
