If a character with Biotech/Cyberimplantation, Electronics/Cybertechonology, and Cyberimplant Weapons b/r skills needs to replace the blade of a spur or similar weapon, what tests and equipment are required?
Can he get by with a medkit and cybertechnology toolkit or would he need a full clinic of the appropriate grade? Could he just change out the blade and leave the other parts intact and connected or would he have to remove and replace the entire mechanism?

probably just a cyberkit and a replacement blade, no surgery required

I'd say it depends on whether the cyberblade is implanted in a meat arm or a cyber arm.
Cyberarm: Just a toolkit and parts - no surgery.
Meat arm: You've got to do surgery, and need toolkit and parts.

I think you could assume anything that can be designed with easy maintenance access would] be designed that way, unless you're talking about cut-rate work.
On the other hand, this is the setting where display link and image link are two different things, that was created when cellphones were the size of a brick, so I can see the room for different interpretations of how user-friendly something might be.

Any hand mounted weapons would be real easy to get to because cyber hands are removable. I had a Sam who had several for different occasions.

Only if you buy the accessory that makes them so.
