Yes, all equipment from previous editions is now available in third edition, with provisos.
Some equipment did not make it into third edition; however this is because the equipment was deemed to be overpowering or otherwise detrimental to the game setting (or too useless to reprint), *not* because there is no book to put it in. (At least, I imagine that's why some things were dropped).
Additionally, not all the source material in earlier edition books made into the most current edition. 3rd ed rulebooks are just that, *rule*books, while earlier edition rulebooks were almost sourcebooks in their own right, and if you haven't got them you may find them interesting for that reason.
The books to look in, and their predecessors, are:
Core rules (duh
)
Cannon Companion (Weapons and combat rules, advanced skillchips; Street Samurai's Catalog, Fields of Fire)
Man & Machine (Cyberware, Bioware, Nanoware; Cybertechnology & Shadowtech)
Magic in the Shadows (Magical stuff; Grimoire & Awakenings)
Rigger 3 (Vehicles and non-cyberware rigger toys; Rigger Black Book & Rigger 2, Cyberpirates)
Matrix (deckery things; Virtual Realities & VR 2.0)
State of the Art: 2064 (Geneware, mercenary gear and security; Shadowtech, Fields of Fire, Corporate Security Handbook)
