Hey - might be a good idea to use a more descriptive subject line - "Cool Article - Scientists gingerly tap into brain's power" - and actually include some body text that mentions, well, what you think is cool about the article and how it relates to Shadowrun.

This looks like the beginning of the breakthroughs that lead to deckers and riggers. Looks like Shadowrun may be slightly prophetic.
But still, playing pong with your brain would be cool.

although playing pong is a long way from SR...as evidenced

i think what is more fascinating is that i saw an episode on the Discovery channel that showed the USAF working with flying a simulator with brain biofeedback. a woman could sit and think about up/down left/right control...
