I think one's in the works in the Community Projects forum. You may want to check that out.

I use excel to great extent. Formulas set up all over the place with all the gear ready to go, just put in how much. If you want, I could send you a blank, but it's not very user friendly until you get the hang of it.

There is a 'shop' program in community progects, but I've always had trouble getting it to work right.
