Since I haven't found anything on this in my searches here I thought I'd ask.

The spell effects of a mana storm have the the same force as the storm, but what about damage level?

Say I want to hit my players with a manaball in a force 6 storm. I have 12 dice for the effect test, the force of the spell is 6, but I haven't been able to find the damage level. Is it up to me to decide what I feel like throwing at my runners?
