Does anyone know of a good vehicle design tool that uses the rigger 3 rules, a la the NSRCG?

I don't think there is a R3 app, but i know The Shop was good for atleast R2.

I've decided I'm too lazy to enter all that data to start my own GUI-designer, so I just use a spreadsheet and that works out pretty well.
