What of Origins? I see some events are up. Anybody else going?

I have no idea what events are at origins but I know im being dragged there by some of my players. I may get to gencon this year too , but time and money seem to be less and less these days.

I am so jealous. I have wanted to go for years, but when you start having kids and change careers it never seems to add up.

kids, money and time are all good reasons on not going. but the best is my wife not letting me go.

Sounds cool. Only question I have is if we can find out ahead of time who will be running which event? I really liked a couple of the GMs I played with last year, and would like to get a game with one of them again if I can.

Vors -- that sort of stuff usually isn't scheduled until a couple weeks before the event. If you catch one of the organizers early on Thursday, they may be able to give you the scoop on who's running what.

My fiancee is the one who got me into gaming. Didn't know anything about it before her.

As long as it does not interfer with a field archery match I will.

Kids? As in plural? Well it's
simple then! Just decide which one you like the least and sell them off, either for adoption or parts.

btw, be advised that except for the tournament, there is only one table for each of the other events - that's six slots for playing SR at any one time...prereg early and register for the SR games you want to play as soon as possible!

If only they'd get their blasted event sign-up working. I'd love to know why they're coding up a new web site. Last year's seemed perfectly functional to me.
