Under the Improved Ability (Expanded) adept power in SOTA:64 (pg. 66), do social skills include Etiquette, or just the other active social skills... Such as Negotiation, Instruction, Leadership, Intimidation and Interrogation? I wasn't sure.

It includes any Social skill, so yes, Etiquette falls into that category. Keep in mind though that each individual skill has to be chosen seperately.

Which is why Negotiation is the way I usually go, because fast talking always beats fitting in. And besides, Etiquitte's what Kinesics is for, eh.

Negotiations, the skill, is broad enough to be amazingly useful in most circumstances.
Augment that and throw in an aptitude and watch out.
