While we are doing summaries:

E:Tribes, you are now effectively out of combat time unless you decide to go rushing after the mage...? Attacker one has scedaddled and you have the captives that I described IC. The girl that was in the wrecked Americar (the one that deployed the stinger) is unconcious after having a bloody great van rammed into her hidey hole!

E:PL, you are very much in combat! Mordred has 3 ghouls on him, Stitch has 5!!! and Req has the other 3, so far they haven't got close to the TMs but it's only a matter of time. Anselm is entering the hab complex (I believe?) and Copperhead is going to start chasing down Snag???

E:CoP, Mr J, I know I need to post for you, will work on it I promise but feeling rather crap at the moment and just want to sleep (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif)

Besides the various awesome power poses Dante is striking (would you like to know what time it is? or where the door is?), he'll also be looting the bodies, with an especial eye for the weapons. His pistol's empty and it makes him a little nervous.

Hehe. It's ok, I understand that for both of you my 2 1-man games will naturally be lower priority than the games with lots of players and even more combat! Maybe I should endeavour to meet up with more people, but I enjoy the test of wits going it alone (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Anselms actions for Round 3:

Given that invisible castle is down for the count I think this is going to be a bit tough. I have found this though that seems to answer our needs and we can publish to an open log. http://dicelog.com/dice You just have to validate your email and then it will either email you the rolls or publish to the open page (which id suggest). Nope, they are not PCs. They do seem intent on 'kidnapping' Cipher from the hospital. I was feeling bad that he didn't have enough screen time, so thought I would give him some new NPCs to interact with. Feel free to abuse them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'll be back in the country tomorrow and will try and post something up then. Chances are Cat will try and calm down the screaming people if we stick around for a more than a couple of minutes. Is Jenny one of those still screaming? Hopefully some of the locals will be highly appreciative of her bravery and compassion, and a good face needs contacts (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Name: Lilly-of-the-Valley Lovegood
Age: 24
Metatype: Human
Description: A human of just over 5' 1'', and medium build. Lilly has short-cropped bleached-white hair and tanned skin. She normally wears a pair of black skinny jeans, motorcycle boots, and an armored jacket over a plain top. On the commune, she adopts stereotypical 'witch' clothes of flowing skirts and dresses in mysterious, dark colors and bedecks herself with mystic looking jewelry. Gotta look good for when the tourists drop by.

History: Third generation witch (wicca) and hippy, Lilly-of-the-Valley has an embarrassing name and the stereotypical kind of family that comes with that kind of name. All of them are crystal-toting, tarot-reading, kale juice-drinking neopagans who live on a commune of similar types. The first to actually manifest any magic power, Lily-of-the-valley was quickly encouraged to learn the skills to 'teach it to the man' and use them. She was moved to another commune filled with new-age eco-terrorist types at the age of fifteen to start learning how to become an eco terrorist herself.

Unfortunately for her wacky parents, Lilly-of-the-Valley turned out much more pragmatic and down-to-earth than either of them could have imagined. She just wants to get paid, and doesn't really care if she's sticking it to 'the man' or working for them. Although, she is rather soft spoken and a bad conversationalist, Lilly expresses herself quite well in actions: such as a well-placed fireball or sniper shot. She's got the skills to kill, but not much else. Not to mention the fact that she never had a SIN to begin with. So to the shadows she goes.

@starship: you cant start game with any skillgroup higher than rating 4.

this will also effect the number of spells you can have unless you break it up and get spellcasting at 5.

Also, don't you need a magician quality (and tradition), to be able to cast spells?

I dumped the posted information into Chummer using the configuration for 2072 thread. It says you are 5 bp over limit, and are encumbered with that armor. Switching to Socery group 4 instead of individual skills says you have 7 BP left, but too many spells and still encumbered.

Is a GM response in the queue for the attempt to comm Mechanicals, then maybe Jazz at Fre∑dom? Do not really want to post anything new IC until know if that is getting a (belated) response, now that the main action seems to be over.

@AStarshipforAnts,

I think my point counts were a bit off previously. Chummer was not taking into account the 10 karma a starting character gets here after build.

Here's a language roll and a leadership role for calming the people in the noodle house:
Chinese language test for talking to the crowd in noodle house. (8d6.hits(5) -> [6,4,5,6,6,1,1,3] =4)
Leadership test to inspire calm and a positive impression towards team. Leadership (4) + Charisma (7) + Trustworthy (1) + Glamour (3) + First Impression (1) + Vocal Range Enhancer (1) = 17d6 (17d6.hits(5) -> [1,4,5,4,5,2,2,4,5,2,4,4,2,2,6,3,2] =4)

That second roll sucked, but I guess the first made up for it.

I have a couple of questions as I try to escape my kidnappers. How much stuff can I reasonably get away with doing in the matrix without moving? I'd assume everything but I'm not certain. Does compiling sprites and stuff require gestures? Can other people see them? Like I said, I'm quite new to this matrix lark.

Also I wondered how much gear there is in this hospital. Is it full of drones and automated surgery machines I could try and take over or is it still mostly people?

Technomancers are not my strong point, but as mages don't need to gesture unless they have a specific geas, I'll rule you can do stuff just by thinking it. There are likely to be some drones (shuttling stuff around the hospital) and surgery machines (although these are likely to be fixed in place). You would need to hack the hospital system to get access to the surgery gear, but you could possibly spoof a command to a passing delivery bot. Also, your kidnappers seems to be heading for the nearest exit and your personal cab is still out there somewhere.

I could jump mine along a bit but I'm not sure if you had other stuff planned for this party and I didn't want to skip over anything. Maybe Mr. Freeze is about to drop in from the ceiling?
