A very good possibility if they dont have gang identification. Personally, I think it could be fun to see what happens. I fully accept the responsibility of my choices.

It'll be easy to pick him out. He'll be the only ganger with the shiny PC aura about them? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sphinx may have been eyeballed at the Stuffer Shack by another PC (I'll go with it if they're a frequent visitor) on a previous occasion. Other than that, it's doubtful that anybody knows him.

My character would just as soon know everyone ahead of time. Like I said, he could have worked with them before, as a magically active character, he is usually appreciated in any group. And he has been in Seattle and the shadows for a while.
Btw, tisoz, what year is the game set? |

Btw, tisoz, what year is the game set? Like I was saying earlier, I don't think dates really matter for most of the scenarios with the exception of Super Tuesday and to a lesser extent those related to the UB and the Bugs. I'm not going to limit gear or magic techniques to the dates listed in the Shadowtalk in the book it first appeared. We're just using 3rd edition rules and playing some 1st through 3rd edition adventures. We can call the stating year 2054 if that sounds good to everyone. This keeps the option for Super Tuesday open, also it opens up events in YotC. |

I doubt the Wakyambi will get lumped in with the gang members, and this could be a good time for him to meet the "rest of the group". All my PCs so far have survived SURGE. What year did the wall go up around Bug City? |

Got the IC Thread and OoC Thread started.
We'll be conducting the game there, leaving this thread mainly for new players to inquire about joining. Please remember to turn off your signature when posting to the IC thread. To help identify PCs, please refer to your character by name when posting. |

Just wondering if there's still room in your game...
I have a few 3rd Edition characters I could resurrect: Decker/Mage, Bodyguard/Mage, Face or Blade Adept. Thanks, let me know. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'll take up to 8 PCs, If you want to hurry and get a character approved, I could let you wander into the shootout at the Stuffer Shack. It is pretty much a random encounter. Things to think about is knowing the other PCs. You might PM the player and discuss a relationship. |

Submitting characters
You can send them to me by PM in the following format: Dumpshock Name PC Name Race Sex, Age (game year 2054), distinguishing characteristics Magic Type, Initiate Grade B Q S C I W Ess Bio M R Init. Dice Pools Edges Flaws Active Skills Knowledge Skills Languages Cyber Bio Spells Armor Weapons Vehicles Foci Gear Description and background If I missed something try to figure where it might go. I want the things I need to roll as easy to find and close to the top as possible, offset by trying to stay organized. |

Okay, I've submitted character sheets for mine and Kartijan's characters. This all-guy team needs a feminine touch - or two. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Is this full now? If not I can submit a character really quickly, do you have any needs for a certain type? I'd play a gal but I'm flexible to what skill person you'd need.

Is this full now? If not I can submit a character really quickly, do you have any needs for a certain type? I'd play a gal but I'm flexible to what skill person you'd need. I have 1 player AWOL. He seemed to be having fun, so I am guessing a computer failure or RL interruption. The last character submission turned out to be 2 characters and players or 1 person with a split personality, and I do not want to be the one to tell her she is crazy. That puts me at 8 PCs. I thought that would be the max I would run, but it looks like what I have planned might take more PCs, or two groups. Would you like to run the AWOL PC until the player returns? It would let you follow the game and help a bit with continuity. I can take the new character on stand-by, and when it is obvious someone dropped out, you would be next in line to join. Any character archetype or sex is probably ok. This group seems to be able to handle themselves with some confidence and that confidence has extended to not feeling the need to kill every opponent. We'll see if that continues... Everyone I am looking for people who can post daily. I had a great time when things were really moving in this game one weekend. I am thinking of instituting a rule that if we don't hear from a player in 24 hours, everyone should feel free to go on with the game because the non-posting player didn't think they had anything to add and agrees with what the active posting players decided. Inactivity kills a game slowly. If you are looking for a game that you post to a couple times a week or less, this is not the game for you. I have no problem with players posting multiple times a day. I am trying to check on the game when I wake up, hopefully at least once during the day, and before bed. It is a disappointing to me when there is nothing new. Especially on days when I can devote a majority of time. Unfortunately, those days have no set schedule. |

Okay, so now that I've figured out why my password wasn't working (and made necessary correction) - I've got myself subscribed to this thread, plus the two referenced in the first post.
I have previous engagements to get to iRL right now, but once I get back tonight I'll start reading up on everything so I can jump in with Dra for our twins. I'm playing Carrie, and we are debating options for changing our last name, but we both love the idea of being Troy's cousins regardless (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Anyway, I must get to RL now and will type at you all again later! Let the baiting begin! LOL *hugs* Kart |

Some ways we might know each other: 1) Frequents expensive but vulgar drinking/gambling/etc establishments. 2) Dabbles in street racing, but not too seriously. 3) Might have worked with them before - has been running the shadows about 9 months. Does rigged driving, owns a variety of useful vehicles. Drone surveillance. Can take care of himself in a fight. 4) Other... Sounds like an "Other" to me. My point being, he was amenable to knowing people ahead of time. The coincidence that you all chose the same last name just seems like fate. (Or karma.) |

Hello there,
If there is space in this game I would certainly like to give it a go. I'm from the UK but can most definately post 4 times a week! (Thats barely anything). I know SR3 like the back of my hand and don't like SR4 at all so joining in would be great. If there is space, or even if not, I'll submit a character to you soon and hope for the best (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Regards, Myst |

Will take stand-bys, as may have more drop-outs, or AWOL. |
