CX2--Generally, you can do a split post and it's fine. (See Sparky's last as an example.) At this point, you can just drop it and move on. If you'd like to make a reply, go back and edit your last post.

Do we need to replace Copperhead? I don't remember what skill set he/she was bringing to the table. So far we haven't seen any one with B&E at all which I think we're going to need. Does anyone object to recruiting another player with those skills, assuming McQuillan is okay with it?
I might have mentioned it before, but being blind I'm using speech software... and sadly it doesn't seem to interact well with the particular edit boxes here on dumpshock. I'm currently typing my posts into notepad and copy/pasting across so I hope you don't take offence that I'd rather not edit the post, as much as I'd like to reply.
It's fair to assume that PU would have made a comment about not wanting to look like a convoy though

Losing Copperhead is unfortunate, but if I recall there were plenty of peopkle willing to be on "standby" in the original recruitment thread. I'm not trying to pre-empt anyone, but between that and the reputation our esteemed GM has (I did say I'm new) I doubt replacing him would take a lot of effort... not being heartless mind you.

hey team--I just put in 17hours out of the last 24...I will get a bump up this afternoon.
Buddha--Yes this will qualify for a Critical Success. This sprite with last for 24 hours instead of the normal 8.
Apartment team--Throw some dice if you'd like info. Feel free to hit up info brokers, hackers, run some data searches, etc. I find it is generally easier for me as a GM if you post all the questions that you are looking to get answers to and I can fill all the info in OOC with some IC flavor.
If you've got ideas, post them here (Spoilered if you'd like...) that way people can have a constant reference point.

Unless one of their procedures is to get out any valuable materials (including the mark) to a safe site.
Interesting idea to get in, but do we have the skills in the team? I'm not sure whether that would be classed as a test of some sort, and I know my guy doesn't have climbing skill. Otherwise I think it's a great idea... Maybe it might be possible to use that entry to get one of Widget's drones in, even if we can't get in ourselves? One of the smaller ones at least, for a little look see what's going on inside without using a main entrance?

what's the skill for ziplining anyway? it's not climbing is it?
zip lines aren't listed under the climbing skill.. so I'd guess it would be athletics or agility.
and we could always use a rope ladder to get down/up inside the chimmney. probably easier that way.

Unless it's a pure attribute test I don't think we'd be standing much chance of getting more than Copperhead over a zipline, and if we needed to make a climbing test with the rope ladder we'd be in trouble. I can't imagine anyone having a dice pool of more than 5 or 6, and I don't think PU would have more than 3 (agility 3, possible modifier for ladder if I'm lucky, -1 defaulting). Could be wrong there, I might have forgotten my agility, but it's not good either way.
Still Copperhead could be useful even if he was the only one who could get in that way.
If we're sending anyone down the chimney a scout with one of Widget's drones would be in order to ensure there's no nasty surprises at the bottom. Maybe a micro crawler, or mini fly at a pinch, depending on what Widget has on hand. Double check the other end's open and check for security, would fit with what the characters would do I think rather than hopping in blind so to speak (heh, I know... dustpan, kettle... guilty

)

Apartment team--I've seen some ideas, but I need actions. Is anyone hitting up contacts, prepping gear, talking with each other IC? Give me some rolls, maybe an IC post so I know you are still with me.
Fenris--Throw me some Shadowing and Palming tests to sneak around the hospital and place the drones unobtrusively.
If either Lucky or Widget has any skills in Security Systems or Surveillance etc, throw me a roll otherwise just a straight Logic roll so I can figure out how well placed the drones are for surveillance purposes.

Would it be possible if necessary for PU to put together a mock physical injury? Something that looks like it's been given first aid but still needs attention from something along the lines the clinic might be expected to provide? And preferably removable in as little time as possible if we need to fight. An alternative angle on BW's plan, maybe something you might get from a traffic accident or other common injury like that?

CX2--I'd start by asking if you have Disguise or any relevant knowlege skills to make-up, theater or film. It is always possible, the answer to my previous statement will simply determine how difficult a process it is.

I don't know if any of the others have any relevant skills, but might it be possible for one of the team to make the fake injury with PU providing guidance to make it more medically realistic? I mean there's convincing laymen and convincing professionals, or people who've seen that sort of injury a time or two before.

CX2--If someone has the disguise skill, you can definitely assist them in making it look realistic. Or they can help you in creating a bandage that could be easily shed rather than the traditional setup you would use in a medical field.
