Um ok where is the quality Exceptional Attribute????

You have a checkbox called "excep" for each attribute. When you check one of them, the quality is added. ^^

Sorry to bump from several months ago, but I was wondering if you could provide the source? I don't know Delphi, but a friend of mine does and I might be able to get him to modify it - particularly with Initiation/Submersion (unless I'm just missing those) and RC stuff like qualities and such.

I notice you've forgotten some things from unwired, such as the programming suite, Tacsofts, and pre-packaged ICs; also there's no armor, weapon, or vehicle modification possibilities. Also, the scroll box for items is commonly smaller than the item's name (Like all of the Enhanced Protein Exchanges), and you can't have SURGE, infected, metavariants, etc.

I grabbed version 2.0 (is that the most recent up to date version?). I discovered that while I can buy martial arts I can not find how/where to buy maneuvers.

Is the datafile format published somewhere? I only took a very brief look at it and it seem to be pretty straightforward but I didn't want to reverse engineer it. I mean, it's not a given that we are allowed to tamper with someone else's software
