A new tack for developing elven slurs is to use acronyms. Much like P.O.Ms (Prisoners of her Majesty). Perhaps P.A.M. (Pansy Ass Motherfragger) or A.L.Y. (Arse-Licking Yob). So instead of someone's name you call them P.A.M. or A.L.Y.
