I feel the pain. We have also added WOD to our rotation, too. I like both since I've stopped doing cancer. We have been running just plain-jane WOD, really delving into the dark mystery part: urban myths, apocalyptic cults, and other fun things. It is nice going through a whole session without having to fight something all the time. Shadowrun can get bogged down sometimes when trying to work in magic, hacking, and regular combat.

Good points.
Not releasing Unwired first was/is a big mistake. Period. Unwired will not be out before Q2 2008 it seems (though this is just my personal guess). |
No, the mistake was not making the matrix complete/clear enough in the BBB to make it playable as is.

Ok, what is this 'WOD' I keep seeing mentioned? I don't know if it's because it's so late (er, early) or what, but I can't make the initials match a game system that I'm familiar with.

Truth is I would prefer they worked on source Books first.
That would give us more options for Characters.
If pressed I can write my own adventures.
Making up new equipment to fit nicely into the game system is so much more difficult.
