Could one of you fine folks point me in the direction of some 4th edition conversions of metahuman subtypes?

I have a Minotaur Samurai that I'd like to 're-up'...and a couple others.

I think they're mentioned in Street Magic, but I may be mistaken. Anyway, their stats are identical to their parent race, so just make the change cosmetic.
