J: you see something that looks like an alligator, if most of the alligator were enlarged to a size and proportion much more like that of an elephant, but a little larger. It's big, but the scale patterns greatly resemble gator. It currently has its front two limbs out of the water and is pushing the truck back up the bank.

Hey guys, I just wanted to say I am sorry for being so flakey on the posting. things have been crazy-busy here at school since the end of spring break and are finally starting to calm down. I'll deffinitely be posting regularly now.

no problem SW, thanks for letting us know.
J: by preparing for anything, I am planning to cast Increased Reflexes 2 on myself and allocate all S.P. dice for spell defense over the visible group.
Spellcasting
Sorcery 6 - TN 5: 1,1,3,4,5 (1 success)
Drain 3D - W 5 + S.P. 5 = 10: 1,1,2,2,4,4,4,5,6,6
(6 successes - light stun)
Bearclaw

Bearclaw is keeping his weapon trained on the giant croc, but opening all his senses up, trying to detect other presences. He is thinking that the croc is more than a coincidence.
Perception test:

plus smell dice
04 04 03 03 01 01 HR:4

PS, did we ever get around to rigging a charge in that truck?

I guess I might as well assense the freak.
Assensing for crok: 1,2,2,2,4 (HN 3, 0 successes vs. 4)
Add a parazoology for weaknesses of said crock
Parazoology: 2,4,4,4 (HN 3, 0 successes vs. 4)

Two offensive frag grenades.
Grenade launcher + enhanced articulation + 3 combat pool= 9 dice
Short range + SG2 = 2 ( I think smartgun counts with GL) If not I also have range finder and a grenade link.

Since everyone was holding actions, if you can beat the beastie on a surprise test, you can get an action before we'd roll initiative.

3 days and only two have rolled initiative. Fine. Both of you get to go once before the creature (then Bearclaw has 2 more actions). Throwing your "partners" at it as a distraction will work and allow you to escape with no furthur injury.

Herald of Verjigorm
May 7 2004, 07:43 PM
I have no interest in seeing the game die, but only 3 of you actually post and scaling the serious threats back enough for the three of you to have a chance almost makes it comedic.
In short: go kill the troll sorcerer's and stealth adept's players and get them replaced and we can continue nicely.

May 8 2004, 04:08 AM
J: Enough is enough, I decide to invoke the "kill other players cause gm told me to clause."
Target: Trogdor
Force 5M fireball - Sorcery(5) + S.P.(5)=10:1,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,6 (3 successes)
Drain 3D - Willpower(5): 1,4,4,5,5 (4 successes, mod. stun)
Herald of Verjigorm
May 8 2004, 04:17 AM
If trogdor doesn't roll by Monday, he dies (even though that roll can't normally stage it above serious) quite possibly taking the truck with him.
(I meant for you to kill the players, not the characters, but this works.)

to note, I killed trogdor because the game was dying and he wasn't even checking. For the same reason I sent a fire spirit of the elements at DC. I plan to sortove ignore that they ever existed and try to get on with the game. If that is not ok, then whatever happens, happens.
J: I will summon a force five spirit of the jungle and leave my salamander with his one current task.
