Latest version of Pusher (Still WIP, but I figured I'd post this, and maybe tweek a few more things as we firm up on some decisions about the gang)
- Dropped magic to 5
- Decided not to go with assensing or counterspelling, which is probably a suboptimal move, but I like the idea that he can't really access aspects of magic beyond mind-control (this also prevented me from just having more skills at 1)
- Put a few more points into perception, negotiation(sense motive) and (mental) intimidation skills, and picked up some basic groundcraft, instead.

Erik Bohler grew up in the Denver Warrens SINless, and forgotten, and nobody was entirely surprised when he started running with gangers at a very young age. Unlike his friends, he was never very tough, or strong, but managed to take his licks, and get in good with people who offered him the kind of protection on the streets that the local law enforcement would not. He was street-smart and developed a few skills to get by on the streets of Denver. The most notable of them was the ability to know when someone was trying to con him, and - despite his rather unimpressive stature - he also had a knack for picking up on just exactly what to say to put fear into someone, without relying on overt threats that he couldn't back up. That kept him from the worst of the trouble, but his life was hard before his awakening, which came without any instruction or explanation. Afterward, Erik rose quickly through the ranks. His 'abilities' - for he didn't really see them as spells - seemed to all revolve around mind-control of some sort. With effort, he could control the emotions, and even the thoughts, of those around him. While his new-found magical abilities gave him a unique edge, and made him suddenly quite a bit more valuable to the gang, they also creeped out those around him. He started taking on a bigger role in the gang, questioning people for them and keeping others in line. At one point, he was asked to make an example out of a drug dealer who had sold the gang some bad drugs, and Erik forced him to OD on his own (tainted) drugs. After that, the other members of the game started calling him "Pusher".
