Whats the biggest force a spirit can be? In game anyways. In third it was what? 12 I think? Just asking because I have seen no caps on spirit forces or spell forces either now that I think of it.

Yeah, Force up to Magic times two is the only real limitation given. Summoning drain can be pretty random though, plus beyond a certain point it's going to be extremely hard to gain enough services that risking the drain is really worth it. It's hardly common, of course, but it should always be in the back of your mind that only dumb luck stands between you and having to resist 6-10 drain even when dealing with fairly standard Force 3-5 Spirits.

It goes to Magic times 3 or 5 (seriously I don't even know, the Errata contradicts itself) for Blood Spirits for some reason. And drain doesn't mean dick to Blood Mages while binding.

Where can information on Blood Spirits be found?

For Shadowrun 4th edition, it's Street Magic. For Shadowrun 3rd edition, it's Magic in the Shadows. And yes, Blood Mages don't carry one little bit about drain value when binding/creating Blood Spirits.
