OK, finally scraped together the cash & picked up Runners Companion last weekend. Left me pretty much broke for a couple of days, but I am so enjoying it. I've recently developed the habit of reading the fiction on the chapters' pre-face first, to get the feel of the book.

But the first thing that caught my eye was the opening fiction to "Survival Tips", the 5th paragraph ended like this:

The officers pulled

and then it jumped to the next paragraph. Something got cut & I was wondering what it was.

When was the street date release? I called my local gaming store yesterday and they did not have it in.

Also, was there ever a preview posted on http://shadowrun4.com/

Looks like it should've just been deleted all together to me.

Wow! Where have I been. Man time flies.

As for the preview, I thought I read the Dragon stuff was an April Fool's thing.

Guess I'll have to call them again to see when they are planning on getting more in.

The dragons shouldnt have been a joke. Simple spell and theyre as metahuman looking as the rest of us.

iirc, that sentence was completed in one of the threads that got started right after RC came out... would have to look to find which one though =S
