Must hit on his/her opponents in combat.
Must be breakdancing in combat (not Capoeira, breakdance).
Has to use the phrase "Fidleededee motherfuckers" at least once a combat... ok, so that one was just a tendancy of one of my players' weapons specialists, but still would make for a fun geas.
For three adepts with Improved Unarmed Combat... must fight Three Stooges style.

Inspired by the recent twink thread, I made a character based on the Knowledge Centering Adept. But I gave him Amnesia, and a geas on almost every power (the 24-hour magic loss type):
