Unless you're playing Missions, particularly if you're still playing Denver. I don't know if the karma awards have been adjusted in Manhattan.

Pretty sure missions said to update the amounts if you convert to SR4A karma guidelines while continuing the Denver campaign...

The Missions people don't leave anything to chance. There would be written updates, or at least plans for such a thing. At any event, that doesn't help right *now*.
