My 800 BP drake adept almost fits that bill. I created a girlfriend for him--mage with Orgy--but the two builds ended up being remarkably similar, so I didn't finish her or post her in the thread.
But yeah, he had a geas (there's no e on the end) that required him to have sex in dracoform with a willing partner (i.e. "have fun with that").
