Just make the chaos shaman be a focus of the chaotic magic principles mentioned in MitS. I would apply the effects to any external magic (spells, spirits, etc.) within (MR meters) of the shaman and also to any internal magic (adept powers) within a tenth of that distance.

A totem for chaos is difficult to handle. Any totem that is clearly defined is not a valid totem of chaos.

I can't think of any significant Spider Shamans in the books to claim and that's really my most distinguishing characteristic.

Instead I'd probably rank as random NPC #4: The really bad smelling squatter hiding behind the dumpster when the gang fight starts.

There's always the gang, the Spiders... or you could be one of the people from the third Secrets of Power book.

My old college roommate tells me that the guy on SR2 p.199 looks just like I used to when our idiot neighbors were playing basketball in the hallway or something similarly stupid and annoying. It's amazing how quickly opening a door with a pissed-off look on your face and a naked sword in your hand will clear a hallway.
