I have always assumed dining out within your lifestyle was covered, and that's how I gm. However, not all gms rule that way, so I unexpectedly couldn't afford to pay for my Grand Slam at the local Denny's, so I was forced to summon a spirit to cause a diversion so I could "dine and dash." I wasn't specific so it ended up burning the place down, but hey, I got a free meal. ... I hope no one died.

Sure it is. Should be covered under the Entertainment portion of it, as expanded on by RC. Unless you're going over what you alotted that category, anyway. Lifestyle is to minimise bookkeeping on such "small" expenses.

Yeah, I use lifestyle to represent how my characters live in general. If their necessities is low, their clothes are shabby and they're malnourished and overweight. If high, they wear nice clothes. And so on for the other categories.
