@ OP: Yes, there is. It's not a specific breakdown of individual neighbourhoods; I think it's actually part of a Lifestyle write-up that lists example neighbourhoods for each tier. I'm trying to find which book it was in, will update this post when I do if someone else doesn't find it first.
Edit: Sorry, didn't realise the one I was looking for was the one you'd already posted. What I have from older books (spoiler-tagged for ease of reading):
[ Spoiler ]
Rhine-Ruhr Megaplex:
Cologne: Weldenpesch
Dortmund: Unna
Düsseldorf: Karlstadt, Friedrichstadt, Unterblik, Ratingen-Hösel
Essen: Helsingen
South German States:
Munich/Isar Metro Area: City Center, Theresienwiese
Dublin, Tír na nÓg: Dublin 1 (Center) is listed as "Various AAA-D", Dublin 7 (Arbour Hill-Cabra) at "Luxury AAA-A"
Eugene/Serentaneyo, Tír Tairngire: Oakway
Portland/Cara'Sir, Tír Tairngire: Downtown (listed as "Upper Class/AAA", bizarrely), Willamette Heights, Elk Rock, Westmoreland
Salem/Malek'thas, Tír Tairngire: Liberty
Tenochtitlán, Aztlan: Cuauhtemoc (Luxury AAA-AA)
If I had to guess based on descriptions, I'd also include parts of the West End and the Palaces and Estates districts of London.
And my guesses from 4th Edition books (without reprinting Montreal):
[ Spoiler ]
Hong Kong: Victoria Peak, Wanchai-Causeway
Istanbul: Sultanahmet
Los Angeles Area: Downtown and Hollywood, probably parts of Santa Monica (especially Studio City), Catalina Island (Gary Cline has a weekend getaway there, so...)
Neo-Tokyo: Nagatacho and Kasumigaseki in Chiyoda ("the epicenter of national power in Neo-Tokyo"), Nishi-Shinjuku in Shinjuku (Japanese HQs of a lot of the Japanacorps), Aoyama in Minato ("home to Neo-Tokyo's wealthy creative class")
Seattle Metroplex: Bellevue, Capitol Hill in Seattle proper
Tenochtitlán: Distrito Federal and Zócalo ("The richest folks live in...")

For Seattle at least, there are some good maps with overlays.

Cool map. Thanks for the link. That basically takes everything that was in the old Seattle Sourcebook and lays it out for all to see.

I even heard a guy around here was working on
Seattle maps, using the various Seattle books as starting points...

I'm too used to Canray's blatant self-pimping, Redjack. I actually had to mouseover than link before I realized it.

Yea. CanRay style would have been something more like:
