funny I've always wondered just how easy is it to find a balaclava in a trolls size and/or that fits over his horns and why would anyone make one considering the number of ork/troll gangers/criminals?

oh yeah, you will probably have to cut a slit in the chest to see out of, which is great if you have Carebears or something equally innocuous with a slit across it and eyelights or something like that.

You're kidding, right?
In America, about 3% or so of all Americans are on the Atkin's diet and companies are tripping over themselves to produce food products taking advantage of that fad. Orks take up 16!% of the population and trolls are at about 2% of the population. Finding clothing won't be a problem. Especially since companies get to charge a flat +25% increase for all of the troll's clothing, vehicle, household, and dietary needs.
