Synner
You'd better hurry, there's at least a couple more great books on the horizon. Me, I'm just itching to see how SOTA64 looks in print. For those who haven't seen it yet, cover artist Fred Hooper has the SOTA cover up on his site (here).
hobgoblin
hey, the guy that did the matrix cover, nice smile.gif

as for my book buying ability, right now im as broke as it gets so well it looks like i wont be getting any new books in the near future frown.gif

... and it's just as cool and twice as interesting as it seems. Congrats on a job well done Jong.

I know you're excited about the book, but the hyping is starting to trigger my cynical-consumer side...

Ancient History

As long as it doesn't keep you from buying it wink.gif. Anyway, you're right, enough with the teasing, both books will be in stores soon enough.

Ok, now that one is just a blatant lie.

So, if I buy a car to drive to Indy and then try to return the car when I get back ... do you think they'd go for it?

Don't you have three days to back out of a major decision like that?

Err, unless you mean "not soon enough for me; I want them now!", they are supposed to be in stores in September, which is pretty "soon enough" if you ask me.
Herald of Verjigorm
Yes, first reading.
Zen Shooter01
Will these be available at Dragoncon in Atlanta, first week of September?

Curse you Americans! You can get your new Shadowrun books at Gen Con and us Brits have to wait until SEPTEMBER!!! mad.gif

I hate George Washington. If he'd have lost Gen Con would be here!

I look forward to getting these books WHEN they are available. Keep up the good work guys. notworthy.gif

That's just because you brits where misers. If you had bought more Hessians or maybe the real good stuff from Prussia (including one from Steuben...)

But nooo, you went the cheap option. And now we all here in Europe have to suffer.

Kagetenshi
You should've brought in the Swiss.

The Americans still have to learn the the concept of world wide same day launch like the British.

On the 28 August there is a world wide launch. Why can't fanpro be like this?
Zen Shooter01
HA! We'd have killed the Hessians and the Swiss, too.

To get the thread back on topic...

ZS: Don't know. I'd say it's possible, at least.

Hrm .... not a bad idea .... nyahnyah.gif
JongWK
Why can't I do that with, say, a Boeing 747? I promise, I won't scratch the paint... nyahnyah.gif
Dashifen
Nah ... just the landscape
