I assume the what everybody knows / what the team knows is IC knowledge. As for what Konsaki knows, not sure how he knows it. I have question marks for Cloud's race. Seems like I should know that he is an ork, unless he is human looking.

I sorta agree with the main fact that some people havent posted what their characters look like... It's sort of hard to visualise the scene when you have a blank 'male' or 'female' standing in for one of the characters.
I think there's a difference between knowing if someone's human, ork, troll etc. vs. knowing adept, magician, whatever. 
Unless you're actively reading people's auras or teammates have come right out and said "HI! I'm an adept/mage!" it may be something you don't know IC'ly.
I mean personally I don't see Willow screaming it from the rooftops that she's an adept. And if we've only worked one job together before... just my $0.02 about that subject.
As for the negotiations, I'm more than happy to run with what Gabe did, having Willow step up and politely roll her eyes at the display of testosterone, and request that Ms. Green gives us a moment to decide amongst ourselves what the group wishes to do to aid in the investigation of Johnny's death.
Run with it guys, we're not gonna be "perfect" all the time and besides the in-game tension and RP opportunities it presents have so much potential! Seriously, a few of us are young (ok, a lot of us are) not all of us are experienced to the max and we're playing our characters as they're written. Have FUN with it all

I agree with Vegas & Konseki, which is why I said I was still waiting for the suggested com-conference. Since things start to escalate -dramatically speaking- while the conference isnīt up, yet, it seams to be the most logical way to have one or the other pc ask for a moment of privacy for the teamto discuss the matter.
Would have been way cooler, if we had sorted that out before her arrival, but we hadnīt. The next best option would have been an unconspicious com-conference, but we didnīt manage to do that in time, either. So lets run with whatīs next best - ask her for a moment.

I agree, we should just roll with what has been posted. Now we break up gabe's " moment" and get a few minutes of privacy to basically cover in game what we have been discussing out of game for the past few days.
As was said a few posts ago we will make mistakes, especially those amongst us who are not realy familiar with Chinese culture.

I made the requested list, so that everyone doesn't have to read pages of posts like I just did. We need to consolidate this into one list we can agree on.

It's still open whether or not to interrupt or not to share, I try to give you a lot of flexibility in working the scene.
Ok, Si Wu has put out a silent conference call - meaning his com asks any receiving com, not to start ringing loud, but in the end it depends on everyones settings, if they do or not.

You can receive it since you are hacked into the room.
Hikaru has some earclips that work as earbuds, which chirps when you sent the call. She doesnt have a subvocal mic, so everything has to by typed out on her commlink and as such, is very obvious unless standing behind someone.
Hey guys, I hope you don't think I'm jumping the gun or what not, but I thought I'd put up a post. This is what my character would do and say, and since he is not currently connected to a comlink, he would have no idea of what was being said or going on with the rest of the group. All he would know is that Gabe might have offened the company's Rep, so he had better step in.
Hopefully you guys don't have a big problem with what he has said so far.

Blaze is able to silently recieve the call, and has a subvocal mic - but for the time being is just listening in. AFAIK if we subvocalize, although the lady will have a hard time hearing what we say, it will be fairly easy to notice that our lips are moving - and to assume we're having some sort of secrect conversation. Same goes for typing, I suppose, although that could look more innocent so long as we all don't begin typing at once.
