Assuming that everyone is now going to start heading back to the vehicles to go to this place that Grey spoke of...Jim start to move toward his car, mentally calling the condor to decend to a level where he can easily pick it up on the way.
Chance359
Before everyone heads out

Sedryk nods to his new partners in crime, noting the reputations he knows (etiquette test).

"The name's Sedryk, I must admit that I usually deal with some of the damper issues in the shadows, so you'll have to forgive me if tend to handle things as such. Now I believe someone metioned food..."
Tanka
Iso shrugged, figuring everybody would be following Grey to the next locale of choice. She turned abruptly and began walking back to her Aurora. On the way, she turned off the White Noise Generator that had been (hopefully) effectively stopping any listeners from getting anything juicy. She hopped on the Aurora and revved it's engine a few times, then backed out and waited for Grey.
Grey
Grey throws his athletic leg over his Aurora and starts it up, letting it purr... after giving everyone whatever time they need to get things moving, he plugs the bikes datajack into his temple and moves out into the night.
Large Mike
Notes is actually sort of a decker bar downtown. The post-industrial look includes loud music, flashing lights, and walls covered with TV and trid screens. Every channel known to man is playing here, and each table is equipped with a Matrix jack, a trid screen, and various other electronic paraphenelia related to information. If ever there was a place to plan a run, this is it.

Sitting down White finally formally introduces himself. "My name is White, I sling a bit of mojo, but mostly I'm a talker, and a damned good one." Paying the hostess for a bit of privacy, and anonymous access to any info that can be gotten from this booth, White relaxes a bit and enjoys a glass of water.

"So, let's see what we can put together."
Grey
Grey orders himself a beer and takes a seat.

"Who here is good with the decks? I can handle electronic gizmos fine, but I don't spend much time in the 'trix. Lets get a search going on the compound and see what comes up."
Chance359
Sedryk shruggs his shoulders enjoying the space the booth offers. Ordering a glass of wine, Sedryk beings:

"As I said before, I'm used to dealing with some of the more violent and terminal aspects of our job. I'm going to talk to a fixer I know and see if he can get ahold of a kevlar lined duffel bag big enough to hold both canisters. With the gortex in my muscle's I figure that I'll be luggin' them around so might as well make sure they are safe."

"It's worth mentioning that not this warehouse probably has a large selection of supplies should anyone take the time to get them. I'm sure everyone knows someone who could put these to good use, as do I, I also happen to have a friend who might be able to help with some of the less medicinal items we might find."

"I've also got an idea for a diversion, but it would require boosting the canisters under cover of broad daylight."
Tanka
Before beginning, she flicks the button in her pocket to activate some anti-eavesdropping.

Broad daylight, hmm? I wonder how that would be....

"As I already stated, name's Iso. I do a few things here and there, sneak around, crack a few things open, and just the usual confuse-the-idiot-guard routine. Anybody need something boosted, just let me know. If it's big, I'm sure Sedryk can help us out with that."

She glances over at Sedryk and smiles, then winks.

"So, how do we plan on pulling this in broad daylight? I'm curious as to how that'll work out..."
Digital Heroin
Snow steps in a little bit after the other runners, having had a touch of business to conclude at the parking garage. He does, however, catch Iso's comment as he sits down.

`In these situations, Snow will suffice for my name. Jon if you prefer it.`

Something about that indicates he'd rather it was just Snow.

`I believe we have two courses of action, upon first glance. We can hit them with a Blitzkreig assault. Nice and open, but so fast that they'll be caught suprised. With luck we'll be in and out before Lone Star gets a chance to respond.

The other option is the subtle one. We infiltrate as some manner of service workers, perhaps something associtated with the city. We could arange the night before for a sewer leak, or something to that effect. While assessing the situation it might become nescessary for us to access the more secured areas of the facility. Once in, we obtain our target canisters.`

Snow adjusts his suit jacket of reflex, making a note to re-load the clip of his Savalette Guardian at the next convinent juncture.
Large Mike

"Well," says White, "I love a good brawl, but I'd prefer to not have to rely on DocWagons HTR team to bail us out. I don't have a contract with them anyways. So I recommend something subtle. We could even find out if the canisters would be moved and and boost them in transit. They can't take as much security with them as they can cram into a warehouse."

He pause a moment, thinking.

"There's also clever ways to get in. Pretend to be someone that's supposed to be there, mind control or blackmail an employee into stealing it for us..."
grendel
Trance smiled lightly, tension still shimmering on her face. "That went better than expected."

Reign nodded, punching numbers on her cellphone. She waited for the encryption/decryption modules to handshake, then looked away as the call went through. The phone chimed as Chris answered.

"Yes?"

"Good evening. The situation you and I spoke about yesterday has changed, I do not have an entire team. Get in touch with your worker and let him know to stand by. Drop me a line when you're ready." Reign closed the line, motioning to Trance. Together the two women climbed into the Westwind and disappeared into the growing darkness.
Silverspur_2020
Jim looks around the assembled group now that he can see them for the first time under a decent light...

"Well, I agree with White... I think we should take the subtle route to start with, and get in quietly...because if we can take over the automated security we can lock them out of their own warehouse and block any emergancy calls to lone star. Once we control the place, I think then we should make the most of our time... I also think that if we are taking more then the canisters we should steal in bulk as a team and divide up the profits or supplies. Whatever happens, I want to spend some serious time scouting the place for security so we dont get caught with our trousers down"
Chance359
Sedryk blushes slightly at Iso's wink.

"Well depending on Bicson's hiring practices, it might be possible for the Ork Rights Commision to be staging a protest about unfair hiring practices in the next few days. A hundred or so orks tend to draw alot of attention, which would make it easier to slip in and out. The downside is a rally would also draw Lonestar onsite. I can find out more about this tomorrow once I talk to a few people."
Tanka
"Well, who says Lone Star will have any reason to be there, if we go the subtle way? However, just as backup, we may need somebody in the system to block anything going out. Even somebody who could fake being Security and, if the Star is called, to call them and tell them it was just an error.

"I do have use of any medical supplies we might be wanting to grab on our way out. A good friend of mine might need them down the road, and I'm sure she'd be willing to pay you back at any time for delivering them. She might even be able to give us a hand in unloading them when we get them to her."
Silverspur_2020
Jim looks at Iso, "well get me in as security and I will have it locked up tighter then one of those drums we're stealing, if someone could get forged or stolen passkeys for the building.... Once I have scouted the area out I may be able to hack in and not even need to get on site, but that will take a little while to sort out"
Large Mike
"Hmm...", mused White "I may have a potential way to get some pass-keys, I know a young lady who spends time catering to the darker and more carnel needs of people. Once we find out what person with passkeys takes an interest in the more exotic aspects of his or her sexuality, I'm sure I could call in a favor and have her smuggle in some kind of gadget to record the data of the passkeys. I'm not so good with gadgets, I'd leave that aspect up to someone else."

"The only trick to this is finding out who would be most suceptible. Either an administrator or a security guard, I'd think."

"I think it would be best to be there with some legit pretense, as we can then bluff our way through. We do seem to have quite the group of talkers, as it stands. If we ninja our way in, there's no telling how we might fare."
Digital Heroin
`There lies a problem with relying upon the vices of someone on the inside... if they fall, so could your contact... and through your contact you... relying on weakness only creates weaknes...`

Snow would much rather the team work with their own skills, than to rely on others. This was his nature. His contacts were for jobs, gear, and information, not for executing a plan. But this was him.
Tanka
"If we can get the passkeys -- with no way of them linking to us -- I could work them. If it must come down to an outside source getting us our way in, make sure she's infallible. If we can't do it that way, I might be able to fake a passcode. If the systems are lax, I have a better chance of getting my way to work correctly. Let's hope they are."
Large Mike

White nodded. "But if I could get her access to the cards, could you give her a way to copy them?"
Digital Heroin
Snow considers a moment, looking to Iso.

`If you can fake the passcode, is it safe to assume you could fake other types of identification?`

A plan within a plan was cooking in his head, the seeds of it placed by the group's conversing.
Tanka
Iso shook her head.

"No, there's not really any way to get her to be able to do it other than to be there myself. I could get in and do it, but it would take time... Not that I'm sure she couldn't make me that time..."
Large Mike

"You find the right person, she'll make the time."
Grey
"Before we start making any solid plans we need to do some information gathering and recon. Ghost, you and I could go down to the building and check things out there... wouldn't help to have someone with mojo along to check out that end of things too. Anyone got contacts at City Hall that can get us some blue prints? Or maybe we could get a decker to snatch them for us. Lets also dig into the services that the company uses. We need as much info as we can get before we start planning what to do."
Large Mike

"As I mentioned before, I can sling some mojo. I'll definatly come along for the stakeout. Sorry to say, I don't know anyone in city hall, but I'm sure that between the all of us we can get to know someone in city hall."

White pauses a moment, considering.

"Two things: firstly, I think we need a decker. Secondly, I think we need a decker. Between blueprints, employee info, and the fact that I'd like to know what we're actually stealing, and for whom. If this turns sour, I'd like to know who's house to burn to the ground."
Silverspur_2020
"Grey-I'd like to come along for any reacon as well. I want to put a drone in the air to get a birds eye view of the place, and if we spend any serious time watching the place...I wouldnt mind sending something small through their parameter, see what I can find that way."

Jim takes a sip of his drink before continuing "I also want to find what frequency range they operate on...something that would be invaluable to know ahead of schedule."
Chance359
Sedryk takes a long pull from his beer and looks around the table.

"I've got a van that a friend left me that's got some a high quality electronic toys in the back. I think theres a dataline tap and a couple of ranged microphones in the back. Personally, I've only seen the stuff used, never had any hands on experience with it, but it could help. I'd be willing to pull a some time tomorrow morning keeping an eye on the place, though with it being the weekend I doubt there'll be much traffic." Sedryk avoids eye contact with Iso.
Tanka
Iso squirms noticably at the mention of all the toys in the back of the van.

"I'd absolutely LOVE to play with some of those! I could hop along for the ride and see what kind of fun toys you've got back there!"

She giggled, almost like a little girl, but with a hint of curiosity.
Grey
Grey gives Iso a glance before turning back to the rest of the group.

"First things first. The Decker. Anyone know a good one who can be trusted?"
Large Mike

White sighs. "Yeah, I know a guy. He's good. Not great, but good. I'll make the call."

Pulling out his cellphone and turning on the power, White dinfs the appropriet number in his address book. "Hey, Blue Chip. You up to a little work for the next little bit here?"
grendel
Blue Chip's avatar, a blackjack dealer dressed in a white shirt and vest, shuffled the virtual deck of cards, a smile on its face.

"Ah, my good friend Mr. White. What can I do for you today?"
Large Mike

"Well, I was wondering if you'd be up for a little work? We're about to do a smash-and-grab and we'll probably be needing info. We'll definatly be needing the blueprints for the place, and we may need some employee profiles. There will probably be other things, too. Got the time?"
grendel
Blue chip smiles.

"My time is available for the right amount of nuyen. Give me all the information you have and I'll see what I can dig up."
Large Mike
White gives all the information he has to Blue, and gets off the phone. "Alright. Now, what we need to do it go and stake the place out. If you don't mind, I think I'm going to go stash my meat body somewhere else while we're on this. Anyone object to starting tonight, while it's still early."
Chance359
Sedryk finishes off his beer and sets the empty mug down on the table.

"Well I'm free tonight, I could get my van and meet you there White."
Tanka
"Tonight? Sure thing! I'd be happy to take a peek inside of your van, Sedryk! Seems like you might have some nifty toys in there to play with."

Iso, once again, giggled and winked playfully. She really did just want to take a look at all the toys in his van.
Grey
Grey nods. "Lets do it."
Silverspur_2020
"That shouldnt be a problem" says Jim...
Chance359
Sedryk politely excuses himself from the table and heads towards the bathroom. Taking a moment, he uses a public phone to call Mellow's cell, leaving her a message that he'll see her in the morning.

Upon returning to the table, Sedryk pauses before sitting down. "I propose that we each head our seperate ways for this evening. Any one who is interested in giving this place a look over tonight, meet me back at the parking ramp in two hours, look for a black van with dark red rims on it."

Sedryk turns and walks away from the table, without looking back. Once outside on his bike, he lights one of his flick sticks and takes several long drags trying to calm his nerves. Hope that wasn't too forward, but I just feel out of my league with some of them, I gotta remember my place, lift this, kill that.
Grey
Grey nods. "Sounds like a plan. I hope you got room to spare in that van of yours."

With that he steps outside into the cool night and lights up a cigarette of his own. He gives a nod goodbye to those within eyeshot and walks down the street towards his bike, trails of smoke whisping around him as he goes.
Silverspur_2020
"No problem..." and with that Jim makes his excuses and leaves, heading back to his car he makes the short drive back to the car park and waits there, parking up against the wall so he can see the entrance/exit to the carpark... taking the chance to get some shut eye before a long nights work, he winds the seat back a little and has a rest.
grendel
Bicson's supply depot is a rectangle measuring sixty meters by one hundred twenty meters, with the long side running east west. The compound is surrounded by a double chainlink fenceline separated by five meters. The entrace to the depot is on the southwest corner, and consists of a two gates, thirty meters apart, and a ten by ten meter guardhouse. Any vehicles entering the compound will stop after coming through the first gate to be inspected by the guardforce before being passed through the second gate. Inside the fenceline is a parking lot for employee vehicles, while cargo transports will park at one of the three covered loading docks on the north side of the depot. The building itself is three stories tall, and measures forty by sixty meters. Apart from the large garage entrances on the loading docks, there are only two other personnel entrances. The entire compound is lit to a constant low-light level by pylon mounted sodium arc lamps.
Large Mike

White's body was safely several miles from here, in his home. It was alwayse a little different finding a place in the astral. After cruising around a little bit and enjoying not having to deal with gravity, White settles down after a bit and circles the building, looking carefully for anything magically active. He then circles again, looking for anything living, and again for spirits, and again for wards.
Silverspur_2020
Jim looks at his watch...hoping that the others will be there soon, as he wants to get on with this soon....
Grey
Abotu 15 minutes before everyone is supposed to meet up again, Grey pulls into the parking structure. He parks his bike next to Jim and gives him a nod hello.

"Lets get this show on the road, eh?"
Chance359
A black GMC stepvan with red rims rolls into the garage and parks next to Jims car and Grey's bike.

Sedryk climbs out of the driver seat and crushes the but of a cigarette under his combat boot.

"Everyone ready?"
Tanka
Iso coasted up next to Sedryk's van, as well as the rest of the group. She turned off the bike, swung her leg over and got off the bike quietly.

"I'm ready to see some of those toys you got. Although, if you really need me to, I'm sure I can convince the guards that we really need in."

She winks, then checks to make sure she's looking her best either way.
Silverspur_2020
Casting a quick eye over Grey's bike Jim smiles "I can't wait, its been ages since I saw some proper action...not to mention earned the proper money to go with it!!"

As Sedyrk pulls into the carpark jim thinks how much of a cliche it is to have a van that is loaded with surveillance gear and then paint it black or grey! people who love their conspiricies always love black vans... in his experiance, lighter colours worked better, because people paid less attention because they were so common! hence why he kept his honda metallic blue!
grendel
White, engulfed by the rainbow hues of astral, you slide effortlessly across the urban landscape towards your destination. The building is unremarkable from this plane, and appears to have no magical defenses whatsoever. There is an uneasy air about the place, though, a shivering of the astral plane where it touches medicines not wholly natural. Nothing you haven't felt before in any hospital in the metroplex, though.
Large Mike

Almost dissapointed at the lack of anything interesting, White materializes near the van, where everyone can see him. "The outside looks basically normal. There doesn't even seem to be magical security. I think it's worth the risk to take a look around inside. Maybe I can find a hearth spirit and ask it what the building's like, maybe even layout and whatnot. Unless someone tells me not to for some reason, I'm about to go do that."

Seeing the inside of the van, he adds, "Nice toys."
Chance359
Sedryk hangs his long coat over the back door and begins cliping a holster set and slipping his pistols where they go.

"This job sounds too easy. Anyone up for just hitting it tonight?" He smiles dumbly, before sticking a black cigarette in his mouth and putting his coat back on.
