As one or two of you may have noticed, I retired from one game due to my life messing it up. I'm not doing that to this game, however.
What I will be doing (for now) is putting it on idle until I can beat my schedule into a workable setting.
I know it's possible, it just requires small tweaking and whatnot between homework, babysitting, sleeping, eating, and a few more explicit actions that need some time on the clock (and no it's not porn, gutter heads).
Apologies around for this. I will try to get things back up soon, possibly weekend as my time opens up a little more then (and thus I can use that time to fix other times, heh).
Any objections/complaints/small comforts/announcements can be inserted:

Just to make sure I understand the plan. Clay tries his spell, and if it fails, knives throws a bottle (stun damage, but lots of it) and if that doesn't knock him out Aurel fires a rifle-shot (not stun?) and once the bastard goes down, we throw in in a car (I only own a bike) and take him someone to be mind-probed? Or are we doing the dirty deed right here?

Plan: Clay uses his mojo to influence Mr. Osbourne to (instead of going home) drive a few miles down to a desolate parking lot where Knives and Aurel are waiting to ambush him and knock him out. Clay will then follow and mind probe the sucker for all he's got once he's there.
Also, I'm using the NSRCG dice roller, so there are bound to be some wacky numbers.

Just how many dice did you actually roll? O_o I counted 15 (?) numbers I think?
I'm all for under the influence, but there's a limit, lol.
I know you got 4 for Charisma, 5 for Magic, and 2 for mentor spirit, that gets you 11 there. That's 4 more dice I don't know where they came from.
I also didn't see you supply me with a force level either - rather important to know, cause you might be trying to split your head open or just nibble off a finger nail, and that matters.

You're right, I forgot to specify a force. Not to mention a drain resistance roll.

NSRCG automatically rerolls sixes, which is of course a useless feature in most dice rolls in SR4.

Indeed, it's very simple. Since I'm use to rollover 6's from 3rd, it wasn't so much a snag for me. My issue was messing up my own math by switching an attribute with a skill.

Agility (5) Improved Agility (1) + Throwing (7) + Improved Ability (3) Called sot (-4) = 12 dice
6,3,3,4,5,6,2,1,5,2,5,1 = 5 hits
Base DV = Str/2 + 6 = 9 +4 from caleld shot = 13 + net hits.
If the bastard is still standing, which is doubtful if I hit... I'll repeat with Knives' second simple action (cannot call another shot though) so 16 dice:
5,1,6,6,2,4,5,3,2,2,5,2,1,1,5,5 = 7 hits, base DV 9
And since these are (half full) beer bottless, they'll deal stun damage on their first hit, and then shatter.

1) The location of the suitcase we're supposed to retrieve, if he knows it.
2) How we can obtain a cardkey for the building's doors (does he have one on him right now?)
3) What his purpose is for secretly buying up arms and magical goods.
4) Any valuables in the building that we can loot while we're in there.

That would require another mind probe if you want to try your luck, otherwise you weren't looking specifically for him, so information you got on him was vague. Hence 'the man'.
On a side note, you only needed one drain check in the end. Mind Probe is apparently constant in drilling as long as you spend a complex action per question. Of course, the -2 penalty climbs.

Just copying a card key isn't that simple. It might not be hard to duplicate your own keys, being you probably have ID's to confirm its yours in the first place, but we're talking about a coded key card - who here is a hacker?
Aurel is right in that she would need some sort of incentive material to convince someone to make a copy, otherwise you'd have to use that card.
But if you can prove me wrong, by all means, show me.
