FIrst:
Props to your players, said like a perfectly planned and executed (too often fail here) run.
First and foremost Rep bumps, if this was a novice group, they just earned a good rep. Word will go out they are a team that will get things done and done quetly.
Now the next big question:
DID the group have fun. Did anyone feel left out.
Stealth rolls (and perception rolls) can help make/keep the sammies involved.
If the non-hacker, non-mages felt left out.
1) Non-wired 'security' as mentioned before can be big. Camera's are cheap enough, I have any serious (and even a few not so serious), install low grade non-wireless cameras around the place. If the somebody notices one, and they wipe it all good, if not while it will not stop the run. Unpleasentness could occur later.
2) As word gets out, they get hired for tougher and tougher missions. EVen if 'no combat' occurs, they weight of the type of heat that will come down IF something goes can keep the sammies involved and happy. Had a group of runners trying to break into Fort Lewis while Nadia was visiting. WHile in the end, one single combat occured (had to take out a guard). For 2 hours of real time, the entire party was prepared to have about 400 soliders come down on them... Trust me the sammies were glad when they got out and felt very needed by the party.
3) Put a few static guards that have to be by passed. Ideally with an equal level of stealth, but require to be taken out.
Sounds like a good run, and only reason to have any complaints is if some people felt left out. If so the above should give you ideas on how to make them feel more included.
Peace

Years ago I was a player in a SR2 campaign. We journeyed down to New Orleans for a job.
We were "hired" to bring a Gator Shaman, the fangs of Vampire Crime Lord type.
After we scouted out the targets lair with all its "extra's", then evualeted our groups of runners abilities to dish out massive fire power and survive it, we changed plans.
We looked at all the other possibilities and came up with one that had the least likely chance of getting us all "fragged".
We met with the Vampire, had some very tense moments of conversation and die rolls.
So in the end, we brought Gator Shaman his Vampire's fangs.
Quote the Gator Shaman "Damn it, never said anything about removing the fangs from the vampire."
We got paid, the Gator Shaman and the Vampire had a "conversation".
Yes the DM and the players had a lot of fun in the process.
The DM just figured we would find a violent way to get the fangs.
Lucky for us we had someone with good levels of "persuasion".

Remarkably honourable Johnson. Or maybe I just have an evil GM.
The game I just got back from, the Johnson tells us to find some corp guy that has fled into a barrensesque area (we're playing the GM's own personal take on what Hong Kong is. It bears no resemblance to Hong Kong by canon). We are told specifically to bring him and his personal effects. We get him and take him back to Mr J, who then complains that he doesn't have any computing hardware or electronics on him of any kind, and refuses to pay us. We are very bitter as he didn't have any such personal effects on him, and we were not contracted to find them. My character says "sod it" and gets high on bliss.

Hmm.
Well it all depends on exactly what was specified, but would have to say Personal Effects are those items on his person.
Sounds to me like you turn to the former captive and .. how much for a protection gig, and information on somebody who was wnating to kidnap you, we would be glad to negotiate a special discount, very reasonable rates.

Well, considering that the suit was forced to flee to the Barrens, I think I'd simply sell him to the Organ Leggers, and then start thinking how I was going to make that Johnson pay if I ever got the chance...
