Hmm, actually I don't think I can. I am coming back from a business trip laaaate Wednesday, I don't think I'll be up for GMing on Thursday. Since I think Jason it was can't Friday, we're down to next week. I won't be able next Thursday either, but Friday should be ok. Busy couple of weeks for me, sorry!

Negative, I will be on ze plane. Although a funny though of playing Shadowrun on a plane and making everyone think I'm a crazy terrorist talking about killing this guy and breaking into that place just crossed my mind.

We're looking at next Friday. My month of nomadism continues though, and there is a possibility I will again be on a plane at that time. I will let you know should that occur, but for now next Friday 25th works for me.

Ok, here are Sean's notes for the run so far:

On Wednesday evening (January 28th, 2070) I ran into Rocko down at Mikey's Cub. Never seen Rocko that serious before, I was taken aback but curious. Seems he'd been charged with finding an info broker who goes by the handle London. Problem is that's all he had. Not who. Not why. Not even details about her. Talk about a frigging needle in a haystack!

We started by tracking her down, online. That meeting didn't go too well though. She wasn't interested in the knowledge that people were out to kill her, she already knew she had enemies.

So we started tracking down more information about her. She had ties to neo-anarchists and to the Triads. We tracked down a fixer called Tornado. Our new hacker Max was able to hack his com and get some information. He found out that Tornado hired Victor (mage) and Chonobug (Sam) to air her brains out to dray. By early morning we were exhausted, Max was looking worse for wear and we were all frustrated. Time for shut-eye.

The next morning Arilus showed back up. We put him on the neo-anarchist angle, those being his people and all. We spent the day chasing ghosts as the Doctor provided update on sightings of the hit team. It seemed they were having no more luck than us tracking down London. Hell, we didn't know for sure if she was even a she and if so what she/he might look like.

Evening found us at some neo-anarchist bar in Manhatten. We let Arilus handle that one. Leg-work being what it is, we were referred to some place in the Bronx. That was a fun trip, ending up cutting through a collapsing building, getting chased by zombies.. Jason and I headed out when they started popping up, but of course Arilus wanted to expend some ammo. I thought we were gonna be recruiting again, but I thought that in the alley with the Vory as well. Arilus is one lucky bastard.

So we get to this place well enough, but they're not just up to giving us what we want. They want a favor first. Seems there has been an issue with their wireless. They think some back to native wanna-be tribals are interfering with it. Ok. So we reluctantly agree to check it out and deal with it. Then they break out AK's and grenades. Frelling grenades! These are just some wanna-be tribals?

Arilus grabs up both. I declined deciding no contact is a better policy. That done, the three of us head out. We move quietly enough sneaking up on their 'home' cave. However, while watching a trio head in, Jason used his mojo to tell us we'd been made. We looped wide and headed in while the trio were looking for us.

Now I've seen some sick dren, but this ranks up there. Some ork was slapping around a dwarf girl. She wasn't a kid, but neither was all grown up either. That had me fuming. He was gonna die on the way out, but then this sick goat-lover over by the fire was chewing on something... Or more appropriately, someone's hand.

That was it. I screwed on my silencer and put two rounds into his. We worked our way through the room, but the time Arilus was throwing grenades Jason and I had already geeked the ork. While I covered the entrance, holding off the trio who went looking for us, Arilus went further in and found some sort of real nasty.

Anyway, when it was done, we figure that dwarf girl is one of those technomages or whatever they're called. Those people who can cast spells or whatever in the matrix. So here we sit.

1) The bar is called Volta!.
2)If by "thing in the Bronx" you are referring to the Neo-Anarchist base, it's technically a server farm that supports many Neo-Anarchist databases, Matrix sites, comm relay, etc.
3) The Neo-A in the Bronx called LiveWire knows where London is, and is going to tell you.




You missed a game Friday. There was some last minute back-and-forth so it's understandable. In general I recommend subscribing to the thread to know when its updated to take a look. But no worries - we just had your character sleep off a particularly strong dose of sleeping pills. You will awake just in time for next game
